2. Nothing here is medical advice

The descriptions of procedures, surgical techniques, recovery timelines and answers to common questions on this site are general information. None of it is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for your case, and none of it substitutes for being examined.

No operation can be decided on until a surgeon has examined you in person, reviewed your medical history and explained the risks that apply to you specifically. Do not change or delay any treatment you are already receiving on the strength of something you read here.

In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or the nearest emergency department - not this website.

3. Results and guarantees

Surgical results vary from person to person. No outcome is guaranteed anywhere on this site, for any procedure, and none can be.

The material here is published as information within the limits Turkish law places on the promotion of health services. It is not an inducement, a comparison, or a claim of superiority over other practitioners.

Where patient photographs appear, they are published only with that patient's separate, explicit, written permission for that purpose, and they show one person's result. They do not indicate what your result would be.

4. Enquiries, assessments and quotations

Submitting the consultation form does not create a contract and is not a commitment to treat you. It is a request for the clinic to make contact.

Any preliminary opinion given from photographs or in writing is not binding and may change after an examination.

Prices are given individually and in writing after an assessment. A quotation is binding for the validity period stated on it.

5. Payment, deposits and cancellation

A deposit is taken to hold a surgical date, because theatre time and a team have to be reserved against it. It is credited against the total.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on how close to the date the cancellation falls and are set out in the written quotation you receive. The commercial terms of treatment are agreed in those documents, not through this website.

If the surgeon postpones or cancels an operation for a medical reason, sums already paid are refunded.

Any rights you have under consumer legislation are unaffected by this section.

6. Patients travelling from abroad

Travel, accommodation and transfers are not part of the treatment unless agreed in writing.

Visas are your responsibility. The clinic can issue a letter confirming your appointment if you ask; such a letter is not an assurance that a visa will be granted.

How long you must wait after surgery before flying is a medical decision made by your surgeon, and you should book your return travel accordingly.

7. Intellectual property

The text, drawings, photographs and layout of this site belong to the practice unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without permission.

8. Links to other services

The site links to third-party services such as maps and social networks. The practice is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Limits of liability

We keep the information here accurate and current, but do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of error.

Nothing in this section limits the surgeon's legal responsibility for the medical care actually provided. It concerns the use of the website only.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

If you are acting as a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, which cannot be set aside by agreement.

The Turkish version of these terms is the authoritative one. Where this English text and the Turkish text differ, the Turkish text prevails.
